Terms and Conditions for Travel Package Bookings
1. Introduction
By booking a travel package through our website, you (the "Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the booking and use of all travel services offered by us, including transportation, accommodation, tours, and any additional services related to your travel package.
2. Booking and Payment
A confirmed booking is only valid once the full payment has been received and processed.
Payment must be made in accordance with the terms outlined during the booking process.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in exchange rates, taxes, or other factors outside of our control. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Weather, Natural Disasters, and Force Majeure
Weather Conditions: We do not assume any liability for weather-related disruptions to your trip, including but not limited to snowfall, heatwaves, extreme cold, storms, or any other unforeseen meteorological events that may affect your itinerary. Changes or cancellations due to such conditions may result in itinerary adjustments, but no refunds or compensations will be provided.
Natural Disasters and Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters (such as landslides, earthquakes, or floods) or any other force majeure events (including civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, etc.), we are not responsible or liable for any changes to your travel plans, including cancellations or delays. Any costs incurred as a result of these events, such as extended stays, additional transportation, or alternative arrangements, will be borne by the Customer.
4. Government and Local Authority Restrictions
Regulatory Changes: Should there be any changes in government regulations, such as restrictions, lockdowns, or sudden travel advisories that prevent access to any destination or sightseeing spots, we will not be held responsible for any resulting cancellations, delays, or changes to your trip.
Local Authority Restrictions: In cases where local authorities deny access to specific destinations, landmarks, or sightseeing areas due to any reason, including health and safety concerns or temporary closures, we are not liable for any refunds or compensations. Alternative arrangements may be offered at the discretion of our team, but no financial liability will be accepted.
5. Partner Cancellations
Accommodation, Transport, and Flights: We work with third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport services, and tour operators. In the event of cancellations, schedule changes, or other disruptions by any of these partners, we are not responsible or liable for any refunds, costs, or compensation related to these changes.
Partner's Terms and Conditions: Any cancellations or changes by our service providers are governed by their own terms and conditions. While we will do our best to assist with rebooking or finding alternatives, we are not responsible for the financial impact of these changes.
6. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary of your travel package due to unforeseen circumstances, such as those mentioned above. If the change is substantial, we will attempt to inform you in advance and, where possible, provide alternative options. However, no refunds or compensations will be provided for minor changes or adjustments made to your itinerary.
If you voluntarily choose to forgo any included activities or services during your trip, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the package.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, health issues, lost luggage, or other travel-related emergencies. Travel insurance is not included in the price of your package and is the responsibility of the Customer.
8. Liability
Limitations of Liability: Except as otherwise provided in these terms, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising out of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including those caused by weather events, force majeure, or cancellations by third-party suppliers.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, or tour operators. Any claims or disputes arising from such services must be directed to the respective service provider.
9. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel your booking, the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking will apply. Any cancellations may incur fees depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the start of the travel package.
Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of a breach of these terms, or due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your booking, you will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy, minus any non-refundable amounts (e.g., booking fees, third-party charges).
10. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other necessary documents for your trip.
The Customer agrees to follow all local laws, customs, and safety regulations while traveling. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive or harmful to the group, other travelers, or the local community may result in the immediate termination of the Customer's participation in the trip, with no refund.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are based.
Any disputes that arise from these terms or your booking should first be addressed with our customer service team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be submitted to arbitration or mediation, as outlined in our dispute resolution process.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
